Aims & Scope

RBTUR is a scientific journal of the Brazilian National Association of Research and Postgraduate Studies in Tourism (ANPTUR).

It publishes articles about relevant, original, and consistent scientific research on Tourism.

Our primary focus is articles with significant conceptual, theoretical, or methodological contributions to tourism.

Articles published in RBTUR are the outcomes of scientific research developed under different philosophical and methodological perspectives.

RBTUR values articles contributing to Brazil and Latin America's social, economic, cultural, and environmental development.

Articles must have a direct and explicit association with tourism to be accepted for publication by RBTUR.

RBTUR receives and publishes articles in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Articles are accepted regardless of authors' institutional affiliations and educational degrees.

The number of articles by the same author per year is not limited.

All articles undergo a blind peer-review process.
