ISSN : 2034-9130 eISSN : 2295-9149
Abbreviation : @GRH
Aims & Scope
Articles published in @GRH address current and future issues in Human Resources Management.
The journal welcomes texts with a variety of theoretical, empirical or methodological backgrounds, provided that their scientific contribution is clearly demonstrated.
The @GRH journal is open to interdisciplinarity, provided it is used to shed light on issues explicitly related to Human Resources Management.
True to its vocation, @GRH is intended to be a privileged medium for promoting and developing the excellence of scientific production in human resources management, particularly from French-speaking countries.
Articles can be published in French and/or English.
The @GRH journal is intended primarily for researchers in human resources management.
As the journal is intended to be a generalist scientific journal in HRM, authors must ensure that their articles are readable by readers who are not specialists in specific themes, methodologies or epistemological approaches.
Proposals should explicitly highlight their scientific and managerial contributions.
