Aims & Scope

RAUSP Management Journal is a quarterly publication owned by the Business Administration department of the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil).

The journal covers all fields of management, including entrepreneurship; education, strategy and business economics; corporate governance; finance and accounting; environmental management; public management; technology management; marketing; quality and productivity; human resources and organisations; and information technology.

RAUSP Management Journal is ranked among the best Brazilian journals in business and management (Qualis-Capes Brazil).

It is dedicated to the dissemination of research and ideas that add value to the work of scholars and practitioners in the field of management, a mission it has been fulfilling for over 70 years.

It publishes articles selected by originality, quality, and creativity.

Original manuscripts are welcome in English or in Portuguese, provided that the authors submit an English version of the text prior to publication.
