Aims & Scope
Paragraf. Studia z Prawa i Administracji is a student-run academic journal published by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Åódź. Its primary aim is to encourage young researchers to present the results of their studies and engage in discussions on important issues related to law and administration, including criminal law, tax law, civil law, family law, inheritance law, economic law, and administrative law.
The journal aspires to be a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences, initiating creative debates on current legal and social issues, and supporting young researchers who want to make a real impact on shaping this field of study.
The journal publishes original scientific articles, comments, conference reports, and reviews of publications in the field of law and administration in both Polish and English languages.
