Abbreviation : Lat. Am. J. Trade Policy
Aims & Scope
The Latin American Journal of Trade Policy (LAJTP) is a multidisciplinary journal that focuses on trade policy issues in Latin America. Our aim is to bridge the gap between academia and policymakers by publishing research that informs trade policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation.
We welcome submissions on topics such as international trade agreements, WTO issues, preferential trade agreements, Latin American regional integration, and bilateral trade and investment relations. Our journal is particularly interested in empirical articles that use quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods approaches to analyze trade policy issues in the region.
We encourage authors to submit articles that contribute to existing knowledge of trade policy making in Latin America, develop and advance theories relevant to the region, and address the gap between academia and policy making.
