Journal of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (JGEB) is one of the scientific journals of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT).
JGEB is produced in collaboration with the National Research Center (NRC).

The journal publishes articles in the fields of plant biotechnology, animal biotechnology, microbial biotechnology, industrial biotechnology, medical biotechnology, genomics, proteomics and bioinformatics.
