The Indian Journal of Economics and Development (ISSN 2277-5412, EISSN 2322-0430, and DOI Prefix 10.35716) is a multi-disciplinary peer-reviewed/refereed quarterly journal of economics and development studies.
The journal provides a forum for creative and scholarly work in the field of economics, applied economics, agricultural economics, natural resources, consumer issues, agribusiness, all fields of finance closely related fields of economics, rural development, sociological studies and so on with the ultimate aim of expanding knowledge of the subject.
The articles should relate to one of these areas, be problem-oriented, and demonstrate originality with a focus on theoretical, applied, interdisciplinary, and methodological work, with a strong emphasis on realistic analysis, use of empirical evidence, and the construction of policy.
