Aims & Scope
Biochimie Open is the open access mirror journal of Biochimie.
Both journals share the same aims and scope, editorial team, submission system and rigorous peer review.
The difference between the journals is the access model under which the journals will publish your work and the indexation status.
The journals publish original work, review articles, graphical reviews, and mini-reviews in broad areas of biology, including biochemistry, enzymology, molecular and cell biology, metabolic regulation, genetics, immunology, microbiology, structural biology, genomics, proteomics, and molecular mechanisms of disease, provided that the approach adopted stems from biochemistry, biophysics or molecular biology.
Both journals publish exclusively in English.
Types of paper: Original Research articles, short communications, review articles, graphical reviews, and mini-reviews, hypotheses, letters to the Editor, commenting on papers published in Biochimie Open.
