Aims & Scope
The Journal publishes English language original research papers, critical review articles, short communications and technical notes on applied and scientific research relevant to freshwater, brackish and marine environments.
It aims to address all aquaculture studies releated aquatic organisms such as: * The biology, physiology and pathology of cultured fish, crustaceans, molluscs * Cultured of alternative aquatic species. * The developments of broodstock management techniques. * Animal welfare; nutrition, feeding and stocking practices especially as they affect the health, behaviour, appetite, conversion efficiency and growth rates of cultured species. * The developments of sustainable production techniques. * The design and management of both offshore and land-based systems, as well as the integration and application of improved scientific and engineering technologies. * Novel processing technologies and techniques for aquaculture products. * The sociological, societal impacts and techno-economic assessments of aquaculture.
