Aims & Scope
All Life (previous title Frontiers in Life Science)Â is the home for publishing multidisciplinary reproducible life science research, led by a team of subject experts.
As an international open access journal, we aim to break down siloed specialisms, bringing together all experts to foster better collaboration and information sharing across the life sciences.
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations (UN) Member States in 2015, produced 17 Sustainable Goals (SDGs) as a “blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the plant, now and into the futureâ€.
Supporting these UN SDGs, All Life broadly provides valuable insights and data towards goals 2 (Zero Hunger), 3 (Good Health and Well-being), 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production),14 (Life Below Water) and 15 (Life on Land).
Accepting original research, reviews, short communications, data notes and commentaries, All Life welcomes submission of negative results and replication studies.
Proposals of themed collections are encouraged.
Letters to the Editor are also accepted and should discuss an analysis of an article previously published in All Life. All Life mandates all associated data sets be made publicly available, please ensure data is deposited in a community recognized repository and given a unique digital object identifier (doi) prior to submission.
All Life has a diverse audience so authors should ensure their findings are clearly presented and technical information clearly explained.
