Aims & Scope
YEARBOOK OF ANTITRUST AND REGULATORY STUDIES (YARS®) is a double peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal, focusing on legal, economic and management issues of antitrust and regulation.
YARS is published by the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS) of the University of Warsaw since 2008.
It is intended to: • present the most important and current issues surrounding competition protection, primarily restrictive practices and mergers but also state aid as well as pro-competitive sector-specific regulation, in particular in the telecommunications, postal services, energy and transport sectors; • present experiences and achievements of competition protection and sector-specific regulation in the post-transition countries as well as the developments in the mature competition law regimes of relevance for these countries.
