Aims & Scope

Via inveniendi et iudicandi of the University of Santo Tomas, Journal issued two publications per year and aims to disseminate the academic scientific production under the Law and Legal Sociology This Journal aims to create a space for reflection and exchange of ideas in legal research and legal partner.

In this vein, the Journal Via inveniendi et iudicandi discloses the results of empirical or dogmatic investigations under the law and legal sociology of relevance in the present context.

Each issue of the Journal contains articles with concrete contributions of researchers; where originality in content and quality of innovation in research allows us to promote research culture in our faculty.
