Aims & Scope
About the Journal The Uniform Law Review (Revue de droit uniforme) is a quarterly, bilingual journal offering a unique instrument for reflection and the provision of information on the political and technical problems of the harmonisation of law world-over, with an ample part being reserved for the work carried out in UNIDROIT.
The Review comprises a collection of material on the continuing progress achieved in the field of the unification of law, in particular: periodical reports on the progress realised in this field by international and regional organisations; studies carried out with a view to the unification of law; texts of uniform laws, conventions and other instruments adopted at international level; an updated bibliography on the subject; and a regular selection of case law of various countries illustrating their application of uniform law texts.
The Review is interested in contributions for some of its other sections including: recent case law decisions and arbitral awards concerning uniform law conventions; book reviews; notices; and announcements of forthcoming congresses, colloquia, research and training opportunities.
La Uniform Law Review / Revue de droit uniforme est un périodique juridique trimestriel et bilingue, qui offre un instrument unique de réflexion et d'information concernant les aspects à la fois politiques et techniques de l'harmonisation du droit dans le monde, avec une ample part réservée aux travaux réalisés par Unidroit.
La Revue rend compte des avancées dans le domaine de l'unification du droit, avec notamment des textes de doctrine, les actualités des organisations internationales et régionales, des textes de lois, conventions et autres instruments de droit uniforme, des informations bibliographiques et une sélection de jurisprudence de différents pays illustrant l'application de textes de droit uniforme.
