Aims & Scope

Established in 2000, the international peer-reviewed journal Turkbilig addresses descriptive, theoretical, synchronic, diachronic and comparative aspects and problems of Turkic languages and linguistics.

The journal also welcomes articles dedicated to folklore, areal relations, history, politics, religion of Turkic speaking peoples.

It is published in a volume of two issues per year, approximately with 150 to 200 pages and offers an easy acccess user interface in English, Turkish and Russian.
