Aims & Scope
Tilburg Law Review promotes legal analysis of current societal problems arising at European and International levels, and aims to contribute to the search for sustainable solutions.
The scope of the journal is purposefully broad in order to capture the latest developments in a wide range of issues at the intersection of International and European law.
In order to make cutting edge research available to its readers, the TLR occasionally makes itself available as a platform for debate on an original or pressing issue.
The Global Law Special Issue and the Statelessness Special Issue are examples thereof.
