Financial Research Journal (FRJ) publishes leading research across all the major fields of financial research. The journal’s primary goal is to provide an outlet for high quality Financial Research. It is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal with the aim of providing opportunities for professional interaction between and among academics, practitioners and students in the field of Financial Management.

Corporate Finance, such as capital budgeting, financing policy, financial risk and risk management, capital and ownership structure, value of firms, goodwill, bankruptcy, financial distress, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate governance.
