Scope of the Journal

Studia z Zakresu Prawa Pracy i Polityki Społecznej (Studies on Labour Law and Social Policy) is a quarterly journal published by the Chair of Labour Law and Social Policy of the Jagiellonian University since 1993. The journal addresses the issues of individual and collective labour law, social security law, and legal problems of social policy, making it a premier platform for exchange of opinions among labour law experts from all academic centres in Poland.

Mission and Objectives

The mission of the journal is to promote and publish research in the labour law and social policy discipline, creating opportunities for exchange of scientific experiences and continuous development of new ideas and concepts in the area covered by the topics discussed in the Studia z Zakresu Prawa Pracy i Polityki Społecznej. With a team of outstanding scientists, both Polish and foreign, specializing in labour law and social policy, the journal is a member of the prestigious International Association of Labour Law Journals, comprised of the world's top labour law periodicals.
