Aims & Scope
"Studia Regionalne i Lokalne" (Regional and Local Studies) is a leading Polish quarterly journal in empirical analysis as well as theoretical development in the field of regional and local studies.
It focuses on economic, social, environmental and political aspects of regional and local development, both in national and international perspective.
The authors publishing in the journal represent various disciplines such as economy, geography, spatial economy, sociology, law and administration.
We also publish works by officials and representatives of central and local administration.
In issuing the quarterly we would like to refer to the best experiences of international journal “Regional Studies”, issued by the Regional Studies Association.
Polish section of that organisation is a co-editor of “Studia Regionalne i Lokalne”.
