Aims & Scope

“Studi di estetica” is the official open access journal of the Italian Associazione per le Ricerche e gli Studi di Estetica (ARiSE Association for Research and Studies on Aesthetics).

It aims at being an international forum for scholars interested in aesthetic ideas.

Appearing four-monthly, “Studi di estetica” pays special attention to studies and new perspectives advanced by national and international authors.

It promotes theoretical and historiographical discussions between the different critical trends that animate the contemporary debate, intending to promote interdisciplinary exchanges and to develop relationships also with fields of research close to philosophical aesthetics.
