Aims & Scope

The Statistical Review is the monthly scientific journal of the Central Statistical Office, which analyzes and describes the development of the population, economy, cultural and social life based on comprehensive data from the Office and other institutions on the socio-economic life of the country.

It presents the most modern statistical investigation methods, deals with the domestic and international history of statistics, reviews the functioning of the Hungarian statistical organization, and reports on the statistical results of foreign countries.
