South Asian Review, a refereed journal of the South Asian Literary Association (est. 1976), presents an international scholarly forum for the discussion and evaluation of South Asian languages, literatures, culture, and arts in postcolonial context.

SAR welcomes submissions from any theoretical or critical perspective meant for an audience from various disciplines and written in clear and persuasive prose.
