Aims & Scope
The Revista Opinião Jurídica is published every four months and, as of 2017, began to be published only electronically.
The journal meets international standards, according to the Brazilian government, which grants it an international concept in the Capes Qualis Program journal ranking.
It is a journal in the field of Law, which aims to disseminate excellent scientific research, with a high degree of exogenousness (at least 75%), observing the journal's research lines: - Constitution, State and Society - Law, Access to Justice and Dispute Resolution - Law, State and Access to Development - Legal Epistemology, Legal Methodology and Legal Editorial - Political Theory and Law
