Aims & Scope
Revista Jurídica Portucalense (RJP) is a biannual publication dedicated to the reflection, research and knowledge dissemination in all areas of legal scholarship.
RJP's mission is the diffusion of scientific knowledge in the area of Legal Sciences, through the publication of original legal research articles of the highest quality.
It is also a vehicle for reflection and debate about all sorts of legal problems, under a theoretical and practical perspective, by publishing articles of scientific opinion and descriptive articles of practical experiences.
RJP has both a professional and an educational mission.
RJP is designed to serve the legal profession, the bench, the bar and the academy and to provide an effective research tool for students of the law, educating and fostering intellectual discourse among the student community.
