Aims & Scope
Journal of Law Studies is an academic journal published by the Centro Universitário UNICURITIBA.
Our mission is the diffusion of academic papers on Theory and Law, and also interdisciplinary research based on critical methodologies and approaches.
The editorial line of this journal, established by its Editorial Board composed of renowned Brazilian and foreign scholars, is focused on research developed in the area of Law field, focusing on the question of the effectiveness of its institutes not only in Brazil but also in comparative law,,notably in Latin America and European countries with latin culture.
