Revista de Derecho (Uruguay)

Aims & Scope

Revista de Derecho is a scientific publication of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Montevideo, which is published every six months in July and December of each year.

It is aimed at a specialised public and its objective is to contribute to the development of legal knowledge.

Since 2002 it has been published regularly, including the following sections: message from the Dean or the Director, doctrinal articles, lectures and master classes, annotated jurisprudence, information from the Faculty, Masters theses, student monographs, and notes from books and journals.

The texts published in the Revista de Derecho are always original and unpublished.

The journal accepts scientific contributions from specialists from various national and foreign academic institutions, which are submitted to peer review, under the double-blind refereeing system.

The texts are published in Spanish and English.
