Aims & Scope
The Journal of Environmental Law is a semi-annual publication, in spanish, edited and published by the Center of Environmental Law of the Faculty of law of the University of Chile, published in Santiago de Chile, aimed at academics, professionals, and general interested in the study of legal norms related with the environment.
Its mission is to contribute to the development, debate and dissemination of Environmental Law, through the periodical publication of scientific articles, in spanish and english, focused on its theoretical and applied study, as well as articles of related sciences that help to explain problems and topics specific to Environmental Law.
This journal provides immediate free access to its content under the principle that making available research accessible for free to the public contributes to a greater level of exchange of global knowledge.
