Aims & Scope
The purpose of the Journal of Public Defender of the Federal District (RDPDF) is to disseminate knowledge through the publication of scientific articles by authors from national and foreign educational and research institutions, professionals who are part of the justice system.
In its special sections, it disseminates procedural documents, legal opinions and literary production, as well as the promotion of studies, research, practices and innovations related to the performance of public defenders.
