Aims & Scope
The Revista Chilena de Derecho (RChD) is a publication of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Law Faculty.
It is published three times a year.
The Revista was founded in 1974, and its first Director was professor Jaime Navarrete Barrueto.
The RChD is a legal journal that covers every area of law, including jurisprudence and history of law.
The RChD publishes manuscripts that, following the ethos of the Universidad Católica, contribute to the development of legal scholarship.
