Aims & Scope
The Brazilian Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution - RBADR (p-ISSN 2596-3201; and e-ISSN 2674-8835), with semiannual periodicity, is a periodical specialized in alternative dispute resolutions, such as Arbitration, Mediation, Dispute Boards, Systems Design, also, the theme of Online Dispute Resolution, among other relevant topics.
The Journal's mission is to receive scientific articles, book reviews, and comments from national, foreign, and international jurisprudence presenting objects related to alternative solutions to level conflict and their application in the most diverse areas of law and society.
