The journal also covers recent research (where patents have been registered) in fast emerging technologies related to food additives, contaminants and microbiology, micro and macro molecular food supplements, edible alternatives, food chemistry and biochemistry, meat science, nutraceuticals, healthy diet, dairy science, food engineering and processing, cereal science, brewing, and food quality and safety.
All aspects of nutrition, including general and clinical nutrition, nutrition metabolism and biochemistry, vitamin research, nutritional value, calorie intake, malnutrition, and associated diseases, are also included in the journal's scope.
