Aims & Scope
The first publication of the journal by Centre of Quranic Research (CQR) was started in the year 2011, formerly known as International Journal on Quranic Research (ISSN 2180-4893).
Four issues already published under the journal within the year 2011 till 2013.
At the end of 2013, this journal has been replaced with a new journal, known as QURANICA (ISSN 2289-5396 | eISSN 2590-4167).
QURANICA - International Journal of Quranic Research is an interdisciplinary international trilingual (Arabic, English & Malay) peer-reviewed (double-blind) bi-annual journal published by Centre of Quranic Research (CQR), Universiti Malaya.
It reflects on the full range of current scholarly works on Quranic Studies.
QURANICA is dedicated to publishing high-quality research articles, reviews, and other scholarly contributions across a broad range of Quranic studies through new and original scholarly contributions and perspectives to the field.
The journal aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate their research findings and engage in meaningful academic discourse.
