Aims & Scope
PrzeglÄ…d Konstytucyjny is a quarterly academic journal that aims to be a leading centre of Polish constitutional thought.
We welcome authors who write about constitutional questions in the broad sense and human rights, including classical issues of constitutional law, individual branches of law, philosophy of law, and theory of state and law.
Our journal publishes articles discussing all significant problems of contemporary constitutionalism, with a focus on providing in-depth academic analyses of current constitutional issues.
