Aims & Scope

Política. Journal of Political Science is a biannual publication of the Faculty of Government of the University of Chile, focused on disseminating the main currents of Political Science.

Our objective is to strengthen and consolidate this discipline in Chile by publishing original works and research results in all sub-areas of political science, with special interest in national and regional politics.

Our journal accepts articles in Spanish and English, evaluated through a double-blind review system. We focus on research in the main areas of Political Science, including political systems and government, political methods and analysis, political and electoral behavior, international politics and international relations, political theory and political philosophy, public policy and policy analysis, security, defense, peace studies, and conflict studies.
