The Journal of Research and Rural Planning (JRRP) is a Quarterly publication by the Office of the Vice-chancellor of Research Affairs of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM), Iran.

The journal publishes original scientific research in the areas of studies, planning, and rural development related to Iran, the Middle East, and other parts of the world.
