Aims & Scope
Patient Experience Journal (PXJ) is an international, multidisciplinary, and multi-method, open-access, peer-reviewed journal engaging research, proven practices and a range of perspectives, inclusive of patients, family members and care partners, focused on understanding and improving patient experience.
PXJ is designed to share ideas and reinforce key concepts that impact the delivery of service, safety and quality and their influence on the broader human across healthcare settings.
Articles from PXJ have been downloaded over 1,000,000 times since our launch in April 2014 by individuals in representing over 21,000 institutions in 225 countries and territories.
PXJ has a current acceptance rate of 58%.
