Aims & Scope
Nokoko aims to be a site for important conversations related to Africa, the African diaspora, and the continent's relationship with the rest of the world. We provide a platform for public intellectuals, academics, social movements, and organizations to share their ideas and engage in discussions about their work on Africa and the African diaspora.
Our journal is open access, with no fees to submit, publish, or read. We welcome submissions from emerging and established scholars, and our peer-review process ensures that all manuscripts are thoroughly evaluated before publication. We encourage high-quality submissions from any academic discipline, including the social sciences, natural sciences, and humanities.
Our goal is to publish high-quality papers on Africa and the pan-African Diaspora, and to provide a space for scholars to share their research and engage in meaningful discussions. We are committed to making research freely available to the public, and we believe that this supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
