Aims & Scope
Nowadays, advanced computing methods and related information technologies have become the breakthrough technologies in modern society. The potential of computer science application lead to improve of domain-specific computing methods, information technologies, software applications, etc. Explicit knowledge representation and new reasoning techniques become important for future development. Therefore, computer science addresses a broad range of topics, related to information and software systems development, data analysis and management, multimedia, security and privacy, in multitude areas, like healthcare, education, agriculture, etc. This a peer-reviewed and open-access journal aims to periodically disseminate leading-edge knowledge to researchers, practitioners and academics whose interest is in the latest developments on any possible topic in applied computing, information technology, engineering informatics, information and software systems, and other related areas, both from theoretical and empirical perspectives. The journal will serve as a platform and forum for identification of new trends in computer science and it related challenges as well as application opportunities. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following: Systems and Software: Business Process Modelling and Simulation; Information and Software Systems Management; Theoretical Foundations of Informatics; Software Systems Architectures (SOA, multi-agent, process-aware, cloud-based); Socio Cyber Physical Systems; Internet of Things (IoT).
