Aims & Scope

Moment Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access, electronic journal that publishes biannually in December and June by the Faculty of Communication, Hacettepe University. Our journal aims to contribute to the broad field of cultural studies with genuine academic works that promise new questions and strong theoretical perspectives on a national and international level.

As an interdisciplinary journal, we include critical studies and discussions in all areas of humanities and social sciences. Our audience includes not only readers with academic interests in social sciences and humanities but also all readers who have this interest and curiosity.

We follow a thematic approach, where each issue is based on a specific theme. Our editorial staff and guest editors work together to ensure the quality and relevance of the content. We also adhere to the principles of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) and the Budapest Open Access Initiative.
