Michigan Law Review

Aims & Scope

The Michigan Law Review publishes eight issues annually.

Seven of each volume’s eight issues are composed of two major parts: Articles by legal scholars and practitioners, and Notes by law students.

One issue in each volume is devoted to book reviews.

Michigan Law Review Online publishes short articles and op-ed style pieces by academics, judges, practitioners, and law students, as well as timely responses to articles in the print journal of the Michigan Law Review.

Our online companion quickly disseminates the legal community’s initial impressions of important judicial decisions and legislative developments.
