Aims & Scope
Founded in Taiwan 1982, Management Review (ISSN: 1021-9447 / E-ISSN: 2414-7354) is the first leading peer-reviewed, Chinese-language academic journal of management, with a "double-blind" procedure involving at least two reviewers.
In 1982, Professor Liu Shui Shen founded the Management Review as a quarterly publication.
At that time, it was edited and distributed by the Institute of Business at National Chengchi University.
After the establishment of the Kung-Hwa Management Foundation, the business of the Management Review was transferred to the foundation.
Management Review is the longest-standing academic journal in the field of management in Taiwan and the first Chinese-language management academic journal globally.
It has published hundreds of outstanding papers and is highly respected in the academic community of management.
Management Review is published in January, April, July, and October each year.
The content of the published articles includes accounting, finance, human resources, information management, marketing, strategy, and more.
The acceptance rate for submitted articles is approximately 10% to 30% per issue, making it one of the most rigorously edited and respected management journals in the country.
Starting from 2001, it has been evaluated and included as a TSSCI (Taiwan Social Science Citation Index) journal by the National Science Council.
In March 2024, Management Review was honored to be included in the Scopus international journal database, becoming a platform for academic exchanges at home and abroad.
