Aims & Scope
MÃ¥lbryting is a peer-reviewed Open Access journal owned by the Norwegian Network for Sociolinguistics (SONE), a collective of researchers working on issues related to the relationship between language and society.
The journal covers the breadth of sociolinguistics and publishes contributions on topics such as language variation and change, language interaction, multilingualism, language attitudes and ideologies, language policy and planning.
The journal is primarily aimed at the sociolinguistic research community in Scandinavia, and contributions are mainly in Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish, but may also be in English.
