Aims & Scope
LÃmite.
Interdisciplinary Journal of Philosophy and Psychology (ISSN 0718-5065) is a peer-reviewed journal focusing on the disciplines of philosophy and psychology.
Its aim is to provide a forum for philosophers and psychologists to present and discuss their respective research products, but also for them to discuss topics of mutual interest that promote interdisciplinary research at the crossroads of philosophy and psychology.
In line with this aim, the journal publishes empirical and theoretical psychology works in its different areas (clinical, educational, social, organizational, cognitive, among others) and conceptual, reflexive philosophy articles in distinct orientations (analytic and continental).
This broad spectrum of academic voices and topics aims to enrich the disciplinary development of both psychology and philosophy and stimulate the crossed interest between them, offering psychological research that might be relevant for philosophical discussion and, reciprocally, philosophical reflections that might be of interest to psychological research.
Only articles not submitted to other journals are accepted.
All articles are subjected to blind external evaluation.
They can be written in Spanish, English or Portuguese.
Once accepted, articles are published under a continuous publishing model.
LÃmite.
Interdisciplinary Journal of Philosophy and Psychology is hosted at the School of Psychology and Philosophy, Universidad de Tarapacá, Arica, Chile.
Its abbreviated title is LÃmite, which should be used in bibliographies and references.
