Aims & Scope

Leuvense Bijdragen, published by the Department of Linguistics of the University of Leuven, is an international journal for studies in General linguistics, Germanic linguistics and Germanic philology.

Founded in 1896, it continues to provide an open-minded forum for high-quality contributions to all fields of General linguistics, to the linguistic analysis of the Germanic languages, and to the philological study of the older literary tradition (up to the 18th century) of those languages.
