Aims & Scope
The Law of Justice Journal is a Law School publication of the University of Passo Fundo.
The journal is directed to the publication of unpublished papers of professors and students of the Graduate stricto sensu Law Programs national and international institutions.
Its objective is to disseminate scientific papers, research results related to the editorial lines of the journal: Constitutional jurisdiction and democracy; and Social Relations and Power dimensions.
The paper’s publication are subjected to blind peer evaluation and subjected to publication standards.
