Aims & Scope
The ‘Quarterly Journal of the History of Science and Technology’ is a leading and the oldest Polish journal dedicated to the history of arts and sciences.
The Journal is owned and published by the L. and A.
Birkenmajer Institute for the History of Science, Polish Academy of Sciences.
The articles in the ‘Quarterly Journal of the History of Science and Technology’ cover a broad spectrum of the history of exact, natural and social sciences, humanities, and technology.
The Journal publishes original, innovative dissertations, editions and presentations of source texts, summaries of status quaestionis, polemics, reviews and review articles, and bulletins about scientific and scholarly events.
The texts are published in Polish and English (formerly also in French and German).
