The Különleges Bánásmód journal is a quarterly online periodical that publishes research reports, methodological studies, thematic summaries, reviews, and current news related to individuals requiring special care.

The journal is open to experts and researchers working with children, young adults, and adults who require special care. It provides an opportunity for professionals in the field to share and disseminate their pedagogical, psychological, and social experiences, ideas, and research findings related to special care groups (children with special educational needs, gifted, integration, learning, behavioral difficulties, and older adults).

The journal covers topics such as:

Education of children and students (including education of children and students with learning difficulties), modern logopedic and linguistic research, methods, and best practices, special educational and psychological approaches for families and parents, theoretical and practical approaches to talent development, opportunities for skill development in preschools and schools, digital tools and digital competences in education and special education, social pedagogical aspects of special care, special educational medical aspects, and research in the field (including research in programs such as the Talent Development Program, the Students' Scientific Association, and Ph.D. research).
