Jurnal Ilmiah Islam Futura specializes in Aceh and Islam in particular, and Indian Ocean Islamic studies in general, and is intended to communicate original researches and current issues on the subject with interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches.
This journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars of related disciplines.
It's scope consists of (1) Islamic theology; (2) Islamic law; (3) Islam and Gender; (4) Islamic education; (5) Islamic mysticism and philosophy; (6) Islamic economics; (6) Study of tafsir and hadith; (7) Islam and Science; and (8) Islamic art and history.
