Aims & Scope
The editors invite scholarship from a range of disciplinary perspectives, examining all aspects of industrial relations.
We publish rigorous qualitative and multi-method analyses, including theoretically-informed case studies and international and comparative papers.
Contributions examining traditional and emerging actors and institutions in industrial relations, as well as studies addressing the intersection of the workplace, family, community and the state, are welcome.
We urge all our contributors to locate their empirical work in relevant literatures and debates and to seek to make a contribution to those conceptual concerns.
