Aims & Scope
Ius Canonicum is a general journal about canon and ecclesiastical law.
It publishes academic articles that have been submitted to a peer review process and are related to all areas of canon law, legislation issued by the Holy See, the activity of the Pontifical council for Legislative Texts and rulings by the courts of the Holy See, with appropriate commentary.
Each volume has a section on reviews and chronicles concerning case law, legislation and academic meetings.
