Israel Journal of Ecology and Evolution
Published by Brill
ISSN : 1565-9801 eISSN : 2224-4662
Abbreviation : Isr. J. Ecol. Evol.
Aims & Scope
The Israel Journal of Ecology and Evolution includes high-quality original research and review papers that advance our knowledge and understanding of the function, diversity, abundance, distribution, and evolution of organisms.
We give equal consideration to all submissions regardless of geography.
Applied ecology problems, such as biological control and conservation biology, are welcome, particularly if they address conceptual problems.
Theoretical papers are equally welcome.
Preference is given to hypothesis-driven papers, and papers that are purely descriptive have a low probability of acceptance.
Please note that papers will be rejected without review, if they do not fit the scope of the journal.
